Private session setup
Your experience.
Your account.
Your moment.
JeanCue uses the ChatGPT account you personally connect, your chosen résumé, and the role you are interviewing for. It never asks for your ChatGPT password and never uses the host’s account as a fallback.
MyGPT Access™
Connect your own ChatGPT account
This is a two-part process: first confirm that Device code login is enabled, then enter JeanCue’s one-time code on OpenAI’s official sign-in page. Nothing is installed on your computer or phone.
You are allowing JeanCue’s server-side Codex runtime to use the access and limits attached to your ChatGPT account for this temporary session. Your password stays with OpenAI. JeanCue receives a temporary authenticated session—not your password.
Enable Device code login
This setting allows an official one-time code to connect a browser session to JeanCue. It normally needs to be enabled only once per ChatGPT account.
Set up Device code login on your phone
Use the same ChatGPT account you want JeanCue to use. The names or placement of menus may vary slightly by app version.
-
1
Open the official ChatGPT app
Launch ChatGPT on your iPhone or Android phone and make sure you are signed into the correct account.
-
2
Open Settings
Tap your profile picture or menu, then choose Settings.
-
3
Open Security
In Settings, choose Security, then look for Device code login.
-
4
Turn Device code login on
Enable the switch. Then return to this JeanCue tab and select It is enabled now below.
Update the ChatGPT app. You can also open ChatGPT in your phone’s browser, then go to Profile → Settings → Security. If the setting still is not available, your account or workspace may not support it yet.
Your workspace administrator may need to enable Codex device-code access. JeanCue cannot override an organization’s security policy.
Review the private-host notice
JeanCue stores session files temporarily on the private server while the app is working.
This is a privately hosted server. Temporary Codex credentials and uploaded materials must exist on this host while JeanCue is working. They are designed to be deleted when you choose End & Erase, after 30 minutes of inactivity, or when the server restarts.
The server administrator controls the machine. Logical deletion does not guarantee forensic erasure from storage hardware or operating-system caches. Continue only if you trust the person who shared this URL.
Create your one-time OpenAI code
JeanCue will open an official OpenAI page. Keep this JeanCue tab open while you finish there.
Finish on OpenAI’s official page
Use the same ChatGPT account you prepared in Step 1.
- Copy this one-time code.
- Open the official OpenAI sign-in page.
- Sign in and enter the code. Do not enter your ChatGPT password anywhere on JeanCue.
Only continue on an OpenAI-owned address such as auth.openai.com or chatgpt.com.
Waiting for sign-in…
The AI runtime runs on the JeanCue server. Visitors need only this browser and their own supported ChatGPT account.
